Retired Air Force veteran, mom of two miracle babies after 40, and firm believer in faith-led healing. I help people uncover the root of their symptoms—so they can reclaim their energy, hormones, and hope. When I’m not podcasting or mentoring, you’ll find me homeschooling, planning retreats, or dancing in the kitchen with my kids.
Tired of chasing symptoms or feeling dismissed by doctors? The Rooted Reset™ is a faith-led, group coaching program that helps you uncover what’s really going on in your body and gives you practical, natural tools to restore energy, balance hormones, and feel like yourself again.

We live in a world built for speed.
You can binge a whole season of a show in one night.
Have groceries dropped into your trunk.
Order coffee that’s waiting before you even walk through the door.
And honestly? As a busy mom, I’m thankful for those conveniences. They’ve saved me more than once.
But here’s the problem—this “right now” mentality hasn’t just changed how we shop or stream.
It’s crept into how we approach our health.
I’ve spent the last decade coaching women in health and wellness, and I can’t tell you how often I see it play out.
That meme that says, “I ate a salad today—am I skinny yet?”
We laugh at it, but it’s how many of us secretly think about healing:
one quick change, one magic fix, and we expect overnight results.
I see it even more with my fertility clients.
When your heart longs for a baby, you want answers yesterday.
You want to know which supplement, which protocol, which shortcut will work.
Usually, it’s because someone else tried it—and it worked for them.
But here’s the truth: there is no one-size-fits-all shortcut.
We are all unique—different bodies, histories, and genetic makeups.
And good health doesn’t come with an expiration date.
You don’t just wake up one day and decide, “Well, I’m done being healthy now.”
I saw this firsthand at my two-week postpartum checkup.
I was mid-feed when they called me back for my appointment.
My newborn was screaming for me.
My husband was doing his best to calm him.
And while all that chaos was happening, they took my blood pressure.
It read a little high—no surprise there.
Less than five minutes later, they checked again, and it was still elevated.
Their solution? “Let’s start you on blood pressure medication.”
No pause.
No conversation.
Not even a, “Let’s wait until you’ve fed your baby and calmed down.”
Just a quick fix.
A prescription.
And a pat on the back on the way out the door.
I left that clinic frustrated because I knew my body.
I didn’t have high blood pressure—I had stress.
And what I needed wasn’t a pill.
It was patience.
Here’s the thing—symptom management is not healing.
True healing takes time, discipline, and trust.
But we’ve been conditioned to crave relief instead of restoration.
And it’s not just Big Pharma that feeds this mindset.
Even in the natural health world, people give up when results don’t come fast enough.
They jump from one supplement to another, chasing the next “miracle cure.”
But healing doesn’t happen overnight—
because God didn’t design it to.
The enemy loves to keep you distracted.
If he can keep you numbed by pills, chasing supplements, or managing symptoms—
you’ll never cry out to the true Healer.
And one of his sneakiest tactics?
Convincing you that sickness or exhaustion is just “normal.”
We say things like “my anxiety” or “my thyroid disease.”
We start claiming ownership of what was never meant to define us.
John 10:10 reminds us,
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
The enemy wants to steal your health, kill your hope, and destroy your faith in God’s ability to heal.
But Jesus came to restore it—all of it.
If bandaids and quick fixes aren’t the answer, what is?
God gave us a blueprint for healing—and it’s beautifully simple.
Rest.
Our bodies were never designed to run nonstop.
Rest isn’t lazy—it’s holy. God modeled it from the very beginning.
Nourishment.
The first gift He gave Adam and Eve was food straight from the earth.
Real, God-made food still carries His healing design today.
Movement.
Adam tended the garden. Jesus walked miles to reach people.
Movement is part of how our bodies stay strong and connected.
Community and prayer.
Healing happens faster when we don’t do it alone.
God designed us for connection—body, mind, and spirit.
These foundations may not feel flashy, but they work.
Because they align with how God designed us to live—whole, healthy, and free.
You don’t have to overhaul your life to start healing.
Try one of these small, faithful steps this week:
Healing often starts with these small acts of obedience.
God uses them to open the door for bigger miracles.
Here’s the truth—if your mindset doesn’t shift, no protocol will ever last.
It’s like a leaky roof.
You can keep swapping buckets under the drips,
but unless you fix the roof, the leak remains.
We do the same thing with our health—managing symptoms instead of addressing roots.
Romans 12:2 says,
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
The world says, “Mask the pain.”
God says, “Let Me transform it.”
Relief numbs—but healing transforms.
And healing begins when you stop chasing quick fixes and start trusting the Healer.
