Susan Gladstein

Either way, wouldn’t it be interesting to learn a little more about what’s happening beneath the surface?

Biological age and epigenetic health testing offer another way to explore your body’s aging patterns and selected markers associated with your health.

Not because a number on a report gets to decide how old you feel. But because having more information can help you ask better questions about your health and the years ahead.

Through Rooted Reset™, you can purchase TruDiagnostic testing on its own. No coaching package required.

Your Birthday Tells One Story. Your Biology May Tell Another.

We all know our chronological age. It’s the number of birthdays we’ve celebrated. But our bodies don’t all age in exactly the same way.

Researchers study biological aging through molecular patterns, including changes in DNA methylation. Epigenetic testing uses those patterns to estimate certain aspects of aging and biological function.

That’s what makes this so interesting to me. We’re able to explore information that goes beyond simply asking how old we are.

How are our aging-related patterns comparing with the reference data used by these tests? What might we learn about different biological systems? And if we choose to make changes in our lives, what information might be useful to follow over time?

I love having more information available. I just don’t think we need to turn every new piece of information into another thing to obsess over.

The goal isn’t to chase the perfect biological age. It’s to understand more about your body while building a life you want more years of.

Three Ways to Explore Your Health a Little More Deeply.

OPTION 1

TruAge™

How Is Your Body Aging?

$479

Maybe you're curious whether your biological age is different from your chronological age. Or you'd like to explore how quickly certain aging-related patterns appear to be changing. TruAge uses DNA methylation data to generate estimates related to biological age, pace of aging, and aging patterns across selected organ systems.

Your report includes information such as:

  • An estimated biological age
  • Pace-of-aging information
  • Epigenetic age estimates for selected organ systems
  • Additional aging-related reports included in the current TruAge package

This is a great place to start if your biggest curiosity is longevity and how your body is aging.

TruHealth™

What's Happening Across Your Biological Systems?

$479

Maybe biological age isn't your biggest question. Perhaps you're more interested in nutrition-related markers, metabolism, inflammation, stress-related patterns, and other aspects of biological function. TruHealth uses epigenetic data to estimate health-related biomarkers across biological systems.

Your report explores areas such as:

  • Nutrition-related patterns
  • Metabolic health
  • Inflammation and immune function
  • Stress-related and other biological-system estimates included in the current report

It's another way to explore what may deserve a closer look alongside your usual health information.

TruAge™ + TruHealth™

Why Choose Between Aging and Health Insights When You Can Explore Both?

$799

If you're already interested in longevity, this might be the option you're most excited about. The combination kit brings together TruAge and TruHealth, giving you aging-related information alongside a broader collection of epigenetic health-marker estimates.

You'll receive the reports included with both testing options through one collection kit. I especially like this option for someone who wants to explore more of the available information rather than focusing on biological age alone.

ORDER THE COMBINATION KIT →

Both test reports. One at-home collection.

Let’s Make This Easy.

Choose TruAge if...

You're most curious about your estimated biological age, pace of aging, and aging patterns across selected organ systems.

Choose the Combination Kit if...

You want both sets of information and prefer a broader picture from a single testing experience.

And here’s something important: you don’t need to order all the available tests just because you care about your health. Choose the information you’re genuinely interested in exploring.

Interesting Information? Absolutely. A Crystal Ball? Not Quite.

I love that we have access to technologies that allow us to explore aspects of aging and biology in new ways. But I also think it’s important to understand what these tests do, and what they don’t do.

Biological age tests generate estimates based on molecular patterns and statistical models. They’re not measuring exactly how many years you’ll live.

And epigenetic biomarker estimates aren’t necessarily the same thing as measuring a substance directly through a conventional blood test. That’s an important distinction.

Your results may give you interesting information to explore, but they shouldn’t replace appropriate medical testing, screenings, or care from your licensed healthcare professional.

The most useful question isn’t always, “What’s my number?” Sometimes it’s, “What should I understand about this result before deciding what to do next?”

The Test Is One Piece. Your Bigger Picture Is Something Else.

Maybe you already have a practitioner you love. Maybe you’ve been following longevity research for years and feel comfortable exploring your reports independently. Wonderful! You don’t need to purchase anything else from me.

But if you’re sitting there looking at a collection of results, past labs, supplement bottles, and health goals wondering how everything fits together, that’s a different conversation.

The Rooted Reset™ Longevity Blueprint is my one-time, comprehensive service for looking at your health history, existing information, current routines, and personal goals together.

We’ll have a private consultation, discuss your priorities, and develop a practical written plan to help you think through your next steps.

Longevity Blueprint: $997. Testing is purchased separately. The same individual testing prices apply whether ordered on their own or added to your Blueprint.

I Want to Know More About Aging Because I Have So Much More Living I Want to Do.

Retiring after 23 years in the Air Force was supposed to be the beginning of a new chapter. I just didn’t realize that chapter would include becoming a mom again at 40 and 44, homeschooling little kids, building a business, and making plans for all the places I still want to experience.

It’s given me an entirely different perspective on getting older. I’m not sitting around wishing I could be 25 again.

I’m thinking about the places I want to take my kids, what our family might be doing ten or twenty years from now, and how I can keep feeling well enough to say yes to the things I love.

That’s why longevity fascinates me. I love learning about the science, asking questions, and exploring technologies that give us new ways to understand our bodies.

I’ve even done biological age testing myself, and I found the experience fascinating. But I’m not trying to win some competition for the lowest biological age.

I want my health to keep supporting the life I’m excited to live. And that’s the perspective I bring to sharing these tools with you.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore longevity or already have a pretty good understanding of your health, there’s always something new to learn.

You don’t have to track every number. You don’t have to buy every new technology. And you certainly don’t have to turn your health into another full-time job.

But if you’re curious about what biological age or epigenetic health testing could tell you, I’d love to help you explore the options.
