Retired Air Force veteran, mom of two miracle babies after 40, and firm believer in faith-led healing. I help people uncover the root of their symptoms—so they can reclaim their energy, hormones, and hope. When I’m not podcasting or mentoring, you’ll find me homeschooling, planning retreats, or dancing in the kitchen with my kids.
Tired of chasing symptoms or feeling dismissed by doctors? The Rooted Reset™ is a faith-led, group coaching program that helps you uncover what’s really going on in your body and gives you practical, natural tools to restore energy, balance hormones, and feel like yourself again.

What turning 45, starting a podcast, and trusting God taught me about obedience, healing, and starting over
One year ago, I launched a podcast with zero experience, a 30-day deadline, and a whole lot of prayer.
Now, 45 years into life and 50+ episodes in, I’m still blown away by what God has done—not just through the mic, but through the hearts of the men and women who’ve joined me on this journey of healing, faith, and finding truth in a world full of noise.
If you’ve ever found yourself second-guessing the symptoms in your body… feeling dismissed by the medical system… or wondering if it’s too late to start again—this post is for you.
Because the truth is? Your miracle is still in motion.
After retiring from the military in 2024—and walking through a miscarriage that broke me open in ways I didn’t expect—I wrote down a list I called my “Famous in Heaven” list.
It was a dream list of the things I felt God nudging me toward:
At the time, I didn’t know how it would all come together. But I knew it wouldn’t if I didn’t start. So I gave notice at my full-time job, hired a writing coach, and enrolled in a podcast course.
I gave myself 30 days to launch the show by my 44th birthday.
And I did.
The first version of the podcast was called Rad Mom Revival. It came from nearly a decade of helping busy women restore metabolism, heal hormones, and reclaim energy.
But just a few weeks in, God stirred something in me.
I kept seeing posts in vasectomy reversal support groups—couples desperate for answers, totally failed by the system. It struck a nerve because I’d walked that road too. I didn’t know how to pivot… or if I even should.
That’s when my coach said, “You’ve got to go all in and rebrand around vasectomy reversal.”
I cringed.
I had just launched this thing. I didn’t want to start over. I didn’t want to get that specific.
But then… I got another positive pregnancy test, just months after my miscarriage.
And I felt the whisper:
“Do you trust Me?”
So I said yes. I rebranded. I got certified as a fertility practitioner. I dug deep into holistic sperm health, hormone healing, and how to serve couples who felt stuck.
And Conceiving After Vasectomy Reversal was born.
As the months went on, something deeper kept surfacing…
It wasn’t just fertility.
It was fatigue.
Autoimmune flares.
Hormonal chaos.
Spiritual disconnection.
Gaslighting.
Fear.
Women whispering symptoms like secrets… hoping not to be dismissed.
It was being 44 and pregnant—and nearly labeled high-risk based on age alone.
It was my newborn nearly taken to the NICU for “low blood sugar” just 2–3 points below protocol.
It was being pressured into blood pressure meds instead of being given space to breastfeed and bond.
We were labeled “those people” for pushing back and asking questions. I had to sign paperwork to delay hospital protocols so I could nurse my baby myself.
I’ve been vaccine injured.
I’ve been dismissed.
I’ve been silenced for speaking truth.
And now…
I’m done.
This isn’t just a rebrand—it’s a full surrender to the mission God placed on my heart:
To help people heal at the root.
To speak life over a sick and discouraged world.
To remind others that the system is not the highest authority—God is.
This podcast has grown with me through one of the most transformational years of my life. And I’ve learned a few things along the way—things I want you to hold onto if you’re walking through something hard right now:
1. You can trust God’s timing and take bold action.
Sometimes the leap is the timing.
2. Just because it’s hard doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
Obedience is uncomfortable. Growth usually is.
3. Peace doesn’t always come before the leap.
Sometimes it meets you midair.
4. If God planted the vision, He’ll see it through.
Not always your way. Not always your timeline. But always for your good.
This year has been filled with podcast edits during naptime, toddler meltdowns mid-interview, and praying for peace in the chaos.
It’s been messy and miraculous. And I wouldn’t trade a second of it.
So wherever you are on your journey—whether it’s fertility, fatigue, autoimmune issues, chronic illness, or just trying to hear God’s voice through the noise—I want you to know:
✨ You’re not crazy.
✨ You’re not broken.
✨ And you are not alone.
As I celebrate 45 years and the 1-year anniversary of the podcast, I’d love for you to pause and reflect too:
Friend… God doesn’t waste anything.
Not the wait.
Not the pain.
Not even the pivots.
He’s not done with your story. In fact—
your miracle may already be in the making.
