Retired Air Force veteran, mom of two miracle babies after 40, and firm believer in faith-led healing. I help people uncover the root of their symptoms—so they can reclaim their energy, hormones, and hope. When I’m not podcasting or mentoring, you’ll find me homeschooling, planning retreats, or dancing in the kitchen with my kids.
If appointments leave you confused instead of clear, this is your next step.
The Rooted Reset™ connects the dots between your hormones, stress, and daily rhythms — giving you a simple, grounded path forward.
Faith-led clarity. Real direction.

You’ve been tracking.
You’ve been testing.
You’ve followed every “evidence-based” recommendation—and still no baby.
So your doctor shrugs and tells you it’s unexplained infertility.
But here’s the truth:
Infertility is never unexplained.
You just haven’t found the person willing to ask the right questions.
“Everything Looks Fine” Is Not the Same as Everything Is Fine
Endometriosis is one of the most overlooked causes of fertility challenges in women—especially those who’ve already been dismissed, medicated, or pushed toward IVF without real investigation.
Here’s the kicker:
You don’t need “classic” endo symptoms to have it.
You don’t even need abnormal imaging.
In fact, some of the most common signs of endometriosis are things women have been taught to ignore:
Maybe you’ve been told it’s stress.
Maybe you’ve been offered birth control, antidepressants, or pain meds.
But deep down, you know something’s still off.
Most women with endo wait 7–12 years for a diagnosis.
Many go through multiple failed fertility treatments before anyone even considers it.
That’s not healthcare.
That’s harm.
If you’re on the fertility rollercoaster and nothing’s working, slow down. You may not need more interventions—you may need a new perspective.
Here are a few places to start:
Stop copying someone else’s protocol. Start listening to your body.
Get evaluated by a provider who actually treats endometriosis (bonus if they understand excision surgery and not just hormonal suppression)
Look into a ReceptivaDx or similar uterine biopsy to test for markers linked to endo
Have your partner’s sperm thoroughly assessed (motility, morphology, lifestyle factors—no shortcuts)
Address gut health, inflammation, and stress physiology—they impact your reproductive system more than you’ve been told
There’s a reason why you’ve felt dismissed, ignored, or even gaslit.
Most providers are under-trained in women’s health. The textbooks are outdated. And there’s little incentive to investigate when it’s easier to prescribe a protocol or say “just try IVF.”
But you were never meant to suffer in silence.
You were never meant to spend thousands chasing someone else’s checklist.
And you don’t have to do this alone.
