Mom of two VR miracle babies after 40, retired Air Force veteran, and holistic fertility coach—I love helping couples bring their own miracle babies into the world. When I’m not podcasting or coaching, you’ll find me homeschooling, planning retreats, or having spontaneous kitchen dance parties with my kids.
Feeling lost after your vasectomy reversal? The VR Baby Blueprint is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help you optimize fertility, understand what your body needs, and finally get real answers—so you can stop feeling stuck and start moving closer to holding your baby in your arms.
A few years ago, I was sitting in a fertility clinic, listening to the doctor say, “Your next step is IUI—and if that doesn’t work, IVF.”
We had already been trying for over a year and a half after my husband’s vasectomy reversal. His semen analysis looked incredible, and yet… nothing was happening.
And I wanted a baby—badly. I was doing all the “right” things. My labs were normal, I was tracking my cycles, and I was approaching 40. The longer we waited, the more I began to wonder if the problem was me.
After failed IUIs, I knew IVF was next on the list. We were already being gently nudged in that direction… and then the pandemic hit. The clinic closed. But truthfully, we had already made the decision before that.
We chose to stop trying to control every step—and to let God write the story instead of trying to force it.
That surrender didn’t come easily, but it led us to peace. And eventually, to our miracle.
IVF is often presented as the fast track to pregnancy, but here’s what many couples don’t hear upfront:
The reality? IVF is a major emotional, financial, and physical commitment—and it may not be your next best step if your foundation isn’t ready.
Let’s talk about the numbers. These are live birth rates per IVF cycle using your own eggs:
Most couples require more than one cycle, and IVF often costs $30,000–$50,000+ when you factor in medications, ICSI, and frozen transfers.
These aren’t numbers to scare you—they’re meant to ground you in reality so you can make empowered choices.
For couples post-reversal, IVF often includes:
This is what no one talks about: poor sperm health can lead to failed fertilization, poor embryo development, and higher miscarriage risk—even in IVF.
If you’re rushing into treatment without preparing your body (or his), the odds don’t improve—they drop.
1. Get a full functional workup
Not just basic labs. Look at thyroid, insulin, inflammation, hormones, nutrient levels, and advanced semen testing.
2. Optimize egg and sperm quality
Give it 90 days. Improve nutrition, reduce toxins, support mitochondria and hormone health.
3. Support your nervous system
Chronic stress, poor sleep, and burnout impact your ability to conceive and carry.
4. Address root causes
Thyroid issues, blood sugar imbalances, PCOS, endometriosis—all of these need real support.
5. Track your fertility window accurately
Ovulation apps aren’t enough. Learn to track BBT, CM, and OPKs with precision.
If you’ve been told IVF is your only option, take a breath. Ask better questions. Get a full picture of your health.
You are not out of time.
You are not broken.
And you deserve more than a fast-tracked treatment plan that skips the foundation your body needs.
