Mom of two VR miracle babies after 40, retired Air Force veteran, and holistic fertility coach—I love helping couples bring their own miracle babies into the world. When I’m not podcasting or coaching, you’ll find me homeschooling, planning retreats, or having spontaneous kitchen dance parties with my kids.
Feeling lost after your vasectomy reversal? The VR Baby Blueprint is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help you optimize fertility, understand what your body needs, and finally get real answers—so you can stop feeling stuck and start moving closer to holding your baby in your arms.
When my husband and I started our fertility journey, I assumed things would happen quickly. We were healthy, emotionally stable (or so I thought), and had already navigated the challenges of blending our families. But when my husband’s post-reversal semen analysis came back as zero, my heart sank.
I was devastated. I wanted a baby with him more than anything, and when it didn’t happen immediately, I felt broken. The delays, the deployments, the pressure from doctors—it all felt like too much.
Maybe you’re feeling this weight, too. Maybe you’re watching others conceive effortlessly while you wonder when—or if—it will ever happen for you. I get it. The fertility journey after a vasectomy reversal is full of uncertainty, and it’s easy to feel stuck.
But here’s the truth: Your journey is not hopeless. And as we step into 2025, I want to help you set faith-filled intentions that will shift your mindset, lower your stress, and put you in the best position to conceive.
I know firsthand how easy it is to let stress take over. The pressure of timelines, age, and medical opinions can feel suffocating. But stress is one of the biggest fertility killers. When your body perceives stress—whether from external pressures or internal worries—it shifts into survival mode. And a body in survival mode is not focused on conception.
The key is to release control and shift your perspective. Instead of seeing this journey as something happening to you, trust that it’s happening for you. You are being prepared for something greater than you can see right now.
As Isaiah 40:31 reminds us:
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
God is strengthening you through this. Your waiting is not wasted.
After walking this journey myself and working with countless couples, here are the most important lessons I’ve learned:
Social media and baby announcements can make it seem like everyone else is getting pregnant effortlessly. But fertility struggles are far more common than people share.
Shift Your Mindset: Stop comparing. Your journey is unique, and your timing is different. God’s plan for you is unfolding, even if it doesn’t look like someone else’s.
There’s a lot of advice out there—some helpful, some overwhelming. The key to conceiving is understanding your body’s unique needs. What works for one couple may not work for another.
Take Action: Instead of trying every new trend, get clear on your fertility health. Have you tested your hormones? Checked inflammation markers? Done a thorough sperm analysis? The more you understand, the more empowered you’ll feel.
If you’ve experienced a miscarriage, I know how devastating it feels. But I also want you to know that it doesn’t mean your journey is over. There are ways to improve egg and sperm quality, balance hormones, and reduce risks.
Take Action: Advocate for deeper testing. Explore options like progesterone support, inflammation management, and lifestyle changes that increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy.
It’s tempting to try the latest “fertility hack” that worked for someone else. But the truth is, fertility is deeply personal. What matters is focusing on your body’s needs.
Take Action: Get personalized guidance. If you feel stuck, work with a fertility expert who can help create a plan tailored to you—not just what worked for someone else.
Fertility isn’t just about the woman—it’s about both partners. Studies show that couples who work as a team see better outcomes. In fact, 70% of couples I work with report a decrease in intimacy due to fertility stress. And yet, those who align their health and efforts together often conceive faster.
Don’t settle for vague answers. Look deeper. Whether it’s lab work, sperm analysis, or hormone levels, identifying the root cause helps you make real progress.
Before jumping to treatments, optimize your baseline health—nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement. A healthy body is a fertile body.
Fertility is a long game. What you do today impacts your chances 3-6 months from now. Stay patient, stay consistent, and trust the process.
Instead of carrying fertility stress into the new year, let’s shift toward hope, clarity, and trust.
Release control and trust God’s plan
Prioritize your health and nutrition
Create a plan based on YOUR body’s needs
Commit to consistency and patience
Embrace joy in your daily life—right now
Friend, your miracle is coming. Let’s make 2025 the year of hope, alignment, and faith-filled action.
